One of the basic keys to a life full of energy, to the efficiency of nourishing your body is the life which is present in your food and of those intangible elements, known as enzymes.
Enzymes have been described as complex substances which enable us to digest food and to absorb it into our blood. In other words, enzymes are catalysts and as such they promote action or change without changing their own status. Natural foods in their natural, whole, raw state contain vibrant life in the atoms and molecules composing them. Such atomic life, full of vibrant energy is classified as enzymes.
Our creator developed the human body with an inherent colossal amount of tolerance to balance almost every mistake we make. When we eat anything that is just not made for us (which is not good for us, so to speak) or that is incompatible with our nutritional requirements and balance, we suffer and very often, badly. Think about it for a second! One can eat 4 or 5 big, heavy meals a day, and yet the body may be starved through the lack of the vital elements in the food and the disturbance of the enzyme balance. While such food can, and does, sustain life in the human system it does so at the expense of progressively degenerating health, energy, over all wellbeing and vitality. Our body ages and becomes ill when the balance between its healthy cells and its ill cells are shifted in favor of the latter. We all eat too much – far too much. The price we have to pay is the loss of our vital universal energy, because our system has to work continuously overtime until it finally breaks down.
We should follow Hippocrates’ advice:
“If you still have a slight sensation of hunger after a meal – you have eaten well. If you feel full – you have poisoned yourself.”
People with unnaturally stretched stomachs experience constant hunger and the more they eat the more food it takes for them to feel full and satisfied. To break this horrible vicious circle, they need to get out of the habits of over-eating, of eating fast, of eating dead food. It is simple but very useful advice. Eat slowly and chew your food thoroughly (at least 30 times).
Fruits are the most readily available supply of fructose and glucose and so it is recognized by everyone that fruits supply the best fuel for human beings. In fact, the Director of Nutrition for the United States Olympic Committee has recently been quoted to say: “Fruit is like magic food for an athlete.”
Have you ever met anyone that was addicted to fruit? I certainly haven’t. I’ve also never met anyone become a diabetic from eating fruit. it is very important to understand that no one becomes a diabetic from eating fruit. This is simply not a concern. Diabetes for the most part is a disease that is caused by an over consumption of fat. Because that fat in the blood stream makes it difficult for the sugars to pass through the wall of the blood vessels and through the membrane of the cell in order to get the sugars into the cell. In fact, the more fat, the more insulin the pancreas must produce in order to get the sugar to cross the cell membrane and enter the cell itself. This hyper production of insulin by the pancreas eventually leads to pancreatic fatigue to exhaustion on the part of the pancreas where it can no longer produce as much insulin as it’s required and results in a condition we call diabetes. Since most fruits are exceptionally low in fat the consumption of fruit will not lead to diabetes. In fact, just the opposite is true.
Simply, carbohydrates taste sweet to the tip of your tongue – like the carbohydrates in fruit. Complex carbohydrates (bread and pasta) taste bland and need the addition of sugars or salts or fats or acids in order to give the starchy food or the complex carbohydrates some taste so we can enjoy them.
Remember – Life is Sweet, eat lots of fruit and vegetables and you are on the way to a new life.

Most shopping carts today are filled with what we call processed food – dead foods. Processed food is any food that cost more in nutritional value to digest, absorb and eliminate than it delivers. Look at the labels to see how many ingredients you either can’t pronounce or don’t know what they are.
AND … don’t be fooled by the use of the word “natural”. To mention just a few of the natural items that end up in your food are things like monkey guts, insects, insect larvae and even mercury. Food manufacturers like to play with the consumers’ perception of what given words can mean, and they certainly know very well that if they can label an additive as “natural”, the health conscious consumer (you!) is much more likely to purchase it.
Yet, just because something is natural, doesn’t necessarily mean it is good for you. For example, tobacco, alcohol, marijuana and even cocaine are all natural .. but none of them are necessarily good for you.
Last but not least – try to avoid genetically modified and eradicated foods.
One more thing – Throw your scales away! Seriously, scales don’t tell you how much fat you’ve lost nor how much muscle you’ve gained.
