It’s an one hour class where we provide for you an interesting mix of different exercises and drills. Every class is structured in a short and crisp warm up, a decent and fun workout, and a cool down with stretching at the end of the session. All of our qualified instructors have military experience and a strong and proven martial arts background to ensure you are getting the real deal every single time. We proudly use only the best and most effective equipment such as kettle bells, sand bags, battling ropes, gym balls, medicine balls, TRX Suspension Systems, resistance bands and top martial arts gear.
Every class contains exercises and drills performed in martial arts (MMA, kick boxing and so on), the military, cross training, strength conditioning, cross fit, Pilates, team building exercises, core strength, circuit training and a lot more and is therefore one of the most effective way to get you fit, slim and healthy in the shortest time frame ensuring you top results. 95% of all success is just showing up and staying in the game – so what are you waiting for?

The beauty of the game is that a totally unfit, overweight or injured person can have as much fun and get as much out of every class than an elite athlete in the peak of his or her life :). This is achieved by an easier version of the exercise, less workload, less repetitions, slower and gentler performances in general.
